How We Started

Born in startups,
built for scale

Before starting Flojo, our founders Brett and Paul spent over two decades building software at Y Combinator startups and public tech companies. Along the way, they faced familiar frustrations shared by product and technology team: too many underutilized tools. Convinced there was a better way, they began building Flojo in 2024.

Our job is to craft products, features, and experiences that users love. That makes them turn their wrists and show their friends. Our users' success is Flojo's success. Flojo's success is how we all succeed. We look for meaningful problems to solve, not nice-to-haves. Talking to customers is the rule. What we want to learn is already in their heads. We talk to them with curiosity and solve their problems. That's 80% of the game.
